Fiorentina steak

Ingredients (4 servings)

Beef T Bone (more than 5cm hight) 4 slices
Rosemary 2 springs
Oil
Pepper
Salt

Directions

  1. Heat a grill pan.
  2. Make several slits on the skin around the slices.
  3. Put oil on both side of the slices using the rosemary.
  4. Pepper the slices, adhere well using the fingers.
  5. Grill for 5/6 minutes then turn the steak and cook the other side for the same amount of time.
  6. Put the steakes on a large dish and lid it with another dish, leave it for 10 minutes.
  7. Cut into 1cm wide, season with salt and serve.
